This can be done by:
- Relaxing profoundly.
- Sitting quietly, in silence.
- Observing oneself. This includes the body, emotions, and mind.
- Relax your eyes, your hands, and breathe with deep sighs.
- Connecting with Nature in an open state, in communication with the trees, the animals, and the Earth.
- Doing Yoga, Tai Chi, walking meditation.
- Reading : Buddha and Krishnamurti, especially. Adequate poems: Keats, Shelley.
- Music, to later sit in silence: Beethoven, traditional music from India, New Age
- Meditation. It is the soul of the Global Wave.
